A couple of days ago we had unusual visitors. Yip....... we had a couple of monkeys stroll into our home, and they were on the hunt for food! They did not seem to care that we were in the house, in fact they would not budge even when we tried to 'shoo' them away! We got TanziPanzi to scream really loud and that hurried them out.
They hopped up onto the kitchen counter, helped themselves to our bread rolls, and then left!
I managed to get this pic of one of them playing in our garden after he had finished his lunch.

Now we have had a whole family of mice helping themselves to food in our pantry, but never have we had a monkey! That would be totally cool, though.
Well that would never happen here. I think my kids would love a monkey come into our house.
Be blessed,
Chasity
WOW.. that is amazing to me. I really can't even get a clear picture in my head about what it would be like to have a monkey just walk into your house.. It blows my mind. In a cool way. I mean I have had racoons come up on my back pourch looking for food.. but a monkey in your house.. WOW..
Wow! Monkeys definitely aren't an issue here. Mice, yes. I think your invaders are cuter.
Wow! That is really living in the wild!! My kids would either freak out or think it was completely cool. Probably a bit of both. I, too, have a mouse family, but that's pretty tame compared to monkeys. All in all, I think I'd prefer the monkeys!

The only way that could happen here was if one escaped from a zoo and took the ferry over. Now racoons or bears in the house would be possible!!
Bit scary huh? Did they come back?
They visit everyday!!!!!! Today they went for a pineapple on the Dining table, but he got spiked by the leaves, and had second thoughts!!!
SUPER COOL!! That would be WAY better than squirrels in the house!
I've missed you!! It's been fun catching up. The boys look so cute in their school uniforms. And Tanzi is a swimming beauty! Happy (belated) New Year! Ummm... Did I miss anything?
Great "seeing" you again. I'll be back again soon.
Blessings, Beckie :o)
So cool! Can we come do our science class at your house?
I love monkeys!
By the way, I just tagged you! Come visit my blog, it's quick and painless. :)

Ahhh yes, the monkeys. I have that problem here all the time!
Just kidding. :-)
However, I did have a peacock running around my yard once. It actually ran too fast and I couldn't get a clear picture... because no one would've believed me otherwise!
