More change coming......

Next year we will not be homeschooling. The boys miraculously got places in a wonderful private christian school just up the road, and I have found a small play group for Tanzi to go to 3 mornings a week. I am going to miss the interaction and fun we all had together as we learnt! The past 3 years have been wonderful, and I don't think this is going to be the end of our homeschooling journey, but I do feel that because we have moved provences, the kids need to be in a school environment to make some friends.
CoolDude is extremely excited, and can't wait to get a proper school bag and uniform. WizzKid says he wants to play every sport that is offered!

So what am I going to do with all this extra time on my hands? I have decided to have an 'Esther Year'.
Just as Esther had to prepare for 12 months before she was presented to the King, I have decided, that I need to take time out, to sit at God's feet and listen to His voice. I also want to take better care of myself and get healthy, fit and slim again.

I can't wait for 2008!

That's great, Fee! You sound so confident in your decision, what a blessing! An Ester year sounds wonderful. Your kids and hubby will also benefit from that as well :) We all need time to sit at God's feet and prepare ourselves for His work. I hope you keep us apprised of your happenings even though you won't be homeschooling. We, too, will probably not be homeschooling after this year, and this is a great relief to me. Emma is excited as well, and Owen will benefit from being in a preschool. Addison will also benefit from having "Mommy time!"

ps. Find that camera cord yet? :)

Exciting changes! My husband is feeling led to place all the children in school next year too. I have no idea what I'd do with myself for 6 hours a day. I guess my house would always be clean, the laundry always folded and I'd be in (hopefully) better shape!!
