Fantabulous .... Yes he is!

Isn't he just the cutest thing..... Our boy Fanta.

He turns his nose up to cat food but loves human delicacies .... He loves avo,banana,pasta,cheese and a bowl of tea that Miss Tanzi makes for him every morning.

Fatty(my nick name for him) is the sweetest pet we've ever had.

Happy Birthday my handsome son.

My baby is growing up TOO quickly!

This year Miss Tanzi decided to have a small get together for her 9th Birthday.... so a picnic on the lounge floor it was. Her most scrumptious treats were shared amongst her closest friends. Between chowing down(like all healthy girls love to do.... Especially Miss Tanz) they watched The Great and Powerful Oz.

Her minion cake was a hit

And of course, what would a birthday be without a pic on the lounge couch.

WizzKid turns EIGHTEEN!

"To My son....   18 wonderful years have come and gone.... it has been a blessing being your mom. I admire you for the perseverance and consistency you have had with your studies. You have astounded me with your focus and determination. Well Done! I believe there is a bright future awaiting you. Thank you for being an amazing role model for CoolDude and Tanzi. I pray Gal 5:23-25 over you, the fruits of the spirit. We tried to trick him and wrapped up a big box that contained an apple and a Big Mac Burger box.

WizzKid was rather relieved once he was holding his Macbook.......

Girls road trip to see JUSTIN

We had such an amazing time together in Jozi that Miss Tanzi has decided we have to do a girls road trip once a year.

Oh yes... I'm game. We had fun! 

Sporting purple... our favourite colour!

We hired a bus to the stadium, so we were extra early and had to wait almost 4 hours before the gates opened and before we could wee!

and then it happened..... 

He was SO far away and SO small but, it felt like we were on the stage with him. 

What an experience to share with my beautiful girl.

Family is Key!

One thing Mr Gee and I agree on 100% is that family is uber precious and important.We are in a church that says 'The family has become an idol!'

 We love our church, but do not agree with them on this point.

We firmly believe the family is endorsed by our Father in Heaven.

So we plan time, as often as we can,together for having fun. 

We took a ride/walk to a waterfall at Giba Gorge and afterwards had a delicious brunch...... just making beautiful family moments.

Kate (aka Cup-Kate and Bunzukay)

Miss Tanzi's dwarf bunny passed away on the 6th April. Kate was her beloved playmate who endured dress ups, survived surfing and lived for endless hours of loves. She really was the perfect pet, and Miss Tanzi was the ultimate mother! 

Two days before Kate died Miss Tanzi said to me..... 'Mom, having Kate is teaching me how to be a good mom.' She was that close to her.

The night we found out Kate had passed away,Miss Tanzi and I cried ourselves to sleep. I was Cup-Kate's granny(as Tanzi called me) and seeing my daughter heart broken at the loss of her 'daughter' was very painful.

We loved you Kate!
