On Sunday morning MrGee went to church, and I watched the movie FireProof. I realise that this movie possibly was released on DVD in the U.S many moons ago, but for us in S.A it's considered a new release.
What a powerful message this movie packs! I honestly howled like a baby when Caleb knelt at Catherine's bed and asked for her forgiveness. The kids and one of their friends came running to see if I was injured! I explained to Miss Tanzi that I was crying because I felt good inside. Her expression was one of bewilderment as she tried to make sense of the combination of my leaking eyes and happy heart!
I was SO blessed by this movie and will watch it again ...... and again !

I'm with you on that one girl! I LOVED that movie. Both my husband and I cried!!! My favorite part was when she was standing in front of him in the firehouse and she said she wanted what he had. Oh man did I lose it! Awesome movie that everyone should see at LEAST once!!!!

That was a incredibly touching movie! Sometimes the actors seemed a bit stiff, but the message was lovely. I loved it too.
I cried so hard when I saw it I thought I would hyperventilate! Especially the end when he realizes that his mom was at the start of it all and he had been treating her so horribly. It's just come out on DVD here about a month ago, so it's being seen again and again here. You must watch it with MrGee.
MrGee watched it the night before I did. He loved it too and has bought it for a close friend.
