Our curriculum order is sitting in my virtual shopping cart awaiting payment!!! I just can't seem to be enticed away from Sonlight. I LOVE SONLIGHT. I have decided to go with Core 5 - Eastern Hemisphere. Has anyone used this?
The last time we received our homeschool package TanziPanzi curled up on it and "gave it loves!"

I am like Tanzi...I love our curriculum when it comes in...it is an exciting day in the household. Packages full of books...got to love that. I have never used sonlight, but I have loved all the books in their curriculum.

A friend of mine used that same package a couple of years ago. They really enjoyed it. I've ordered many many books from Sonlight, but none of their curriculum packages.
I have a friend that likes it- probably the same one Kathleen mentioned. It had a bit too much American History in some years, so I never tried it as I was trying to follow grade learning objectives. Love the idea behind it though as the kids absolutely love learning through literature. Enjoy! I love getting new curriculum and books!
I really, really envy you! I'd love to be homeschooling Paula next year, but unfortunately.... I owe, I owe, it's off to work I go....

I love new books! Haven't used sonlight, but have heard a lot of good stuff about them.
I don't think there's any reason to be enticed away from Sonlight. Stick with what you and your family loves!

I love so many of the books from Core 5 (My husband and I are reading Around the World in Eighty Days out loud to each other right now) and from what I hear, the package makes for great opportunity to help your kids develop a knowledge of and a heart for the world. Let me know more of what you think as you delve in... have fun!
We're doing Eastern Hemisphere this year and we LOVE it!!
I didn't do their science because I teach a co-op class.
We have fallen in love with the people in the 10-40 window from this curriculum.
I have one who doesn't like to read and this has been a lot for her, but I think she'll be better off from doing it.
